Better yet, plan a trip East. Watch the bloom in your area, then move to the next place to see the bloom, and make your way across the country looking at everyones blooms first hand. Bring lots of wine, and we can all drool together! Better get a motor home! You can pick up people along the way and cart them to the next show. We can all end up in Upper Mich. where the bloom will be last, and then cross into Canada. Did I mention bring lots of wine???? We can re-stock with beer once you hit Wisconsin. Maybe some Brats too! nodding Drooling

oh, I'm in Rob and Tom! Another Iris adventure..... Debra's will bloom before mine so after you pick her up swing by here and pick me up. Can I bring a pug dog? He will kill all the snakes and possums we may meet along the way. Then we can go east and see Leslie's and go to KY and see Mary Ann's and then north to..... Maybe I better get a map.

I have a Puggle that tag teams with my Beagle/Lab to take out mice and possum. Are Pugs known for critter control?

My garden is full of holes and immature rhizomes, but I have the beach.

Thanks Debra, now I know how to import database pictures to my post! Fun, but when you enter one and go back to get the next one, your first one is gone, so I save it to another area, and then copy and past it to here. Oh, Sorry Leslie, you didn't want to see these irises that came from my Keppel order. Just ignore them! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Angel

Maximus kills snakes, possums and squirrels. I know he would kill a cat if he could get to one. He thinks he is guarding the house. Pugs are bull dogs after all and even though little they can be very fierce. I do not know of anything Maximus is afraid of. When it thunders very loudly he bristles up and jumps and barks at the sky in all directions. He has been bitten by copperheads and rattle snakes. He shakes them to death and bites them into several pieces. He loves humans and he does not dig or lay in my flower beds. He hates baths so he lives outdoors.

Tom, those pics are beautiful! I love them all!

Granny, my puggle schmoozes with the cats. I guess the beagle mellowed him. Puggles are smelly little dogs too. An old roommate left him here. He is sweet and he loves my dog so I kept him, but once this batch goes to heaven, I don't think I will get more dogs. I threaten no cats, but they find me.

I think KY and NC are blooming about the same time so I would go through KY to NC then we can go up to PA and check out all those new beds of Gregs before cutting back and up to the land of brats and cheeseheads. I think I will leave the Maine Coons at home as they are larger than many small dogs which has intimidated a dog or two of my aquaintance. Hee

And as for the pics - you just keep posting Tom. Angel Then we all know which ones we are going to dig up when we finally reach Wisconsin.!!! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

My RV is pretty small (although I can seat 7 belted in), so I propose a caravan.. I'll bring the wine.. and a poodle.

Tom, those are some beauties...There are a few I'd have in a heartbeat.

Well, I have two Pit Bulls, so you might be careful digging irises. They will for sure attack you......most likely with their toungue as they give you kisses and beg for some loving.

I bet the chickens would be more apt to attack than the dogs. I have a wireless attack mode for getting at Chicago Bear fans & could fix it to go after people with unauthorized shovels.
