Good idea. I just make a note under each photo so this time it will be ATP 2014.

I must admit to being afflicted with OPT......obsessive picture taking...........I will have to spend days sorting through my files. And then how do I pick a favorite? That would like choosing a favorite Grandchild. Shrug!

Good question. I don't think one would be enough but there should be, in my opinion, a reasonable upper limit. How many Confused

I'm thinking 5 photos per category. So if we had 15 categories and you entered the maximum amount in each one, you'd be submitting 75 photos total.

Yeah--having an 'upper limit' would reduce the front-loading of the inaugural event and whatever all those unintended consequences might be ( Shrug! ) and the folks with a deep well of awesome pictures (not me) could then keep drawing from it for subsequent events!

Right on!

Could we still have an exhibition thread in the sandbox for goats (and gnomes, grandkids, and other gremlins Rolling on the floor laughing ) in the garden?

I think that 5 photos per category is to many as it will be very time consuming to judge. On DG there were only 2 and it took considerable time to go through them, I also hope that the judging system will be similar where you can keep your favorites and not have to go back and forth looking for check marks like the Caladium contest..

Joking aside, I don't choose the winners. The entire membership will vote just like we did with the caladiums contest.

I'm wide open to doing it however is the most efficient for the voters. I think when I designed the DG way, I put the favorites in there as a shortcut to help you start narrowing your choices down. If you really liked that, I can make something like that here, too.
