I think "chaotic cacophony" would make a great name for an iris.

I grow a few. My definition of Red would cover irises in the database listed as "Wine" as well!

Well, I planted this year "Ida Red", and "Solid Mahogany" . . . but I really want "Samurai Warrior"

Try "Stony Creek Iris", they have "Samurai Warrior" in their inventory (though it is not listed for sale this year).

Debnab55, I know I have seen it on ebay for sale. I am sure there other iris growers that have it. It is on my want list as well.

Yes, this is an Iris I definitely want to add to my garden . . . .

I'm also attracted to the Historic Red Iris "The Red Douglas" by Sass.

My "famous" Red NOID Well in a very very small circle that is.
