Those are all fantastic, but I just really love LUNAR EMPIRE! I think I checked a couple of months ago when I first saw a picture and found that it was sold out, and I haven't seen it anywhere else since. Bummer! But it'd be just my luck that it's probably a hard dormant anyway...

I started on my daylily moving projects today but honestly I have not gotten much done.

I had moved two out of rows on top previosly so moved SAMUEL BELL and WYATT EARP over there. Then I moved both HELLO HEARTSTRINGS and HERBGIRLS CHERRY MOONSHINE down into the first tier (were the portulacas are) of the Terraces gardens. These are all daylilies that I especially like.

That frees up spots on the daylily plateau were I moved them from. I also have GOLD KISSED (a Maryotts intro) moved out of daylily plateau and sitting here to be planted into a side yard spot that is empty as I dug one outta there last week that left the garden. There were afew that were dug last week that left the garden.

I have lots to move and walked around the garden today looking and thinking I want to move that one and that one and so on. Mostly just looking and not digging

I don't envy you Rita, It takes a lot of work to keep a garden as nice as yours looking good all the time. I have enjoyed looking at a lot of daylilies I would have never seen if not for your hard work. Its people like you that really get others interested in growing daylilies.

Why, thank you Fred. That is very kind of you to say. But although the garden is lots of work, I do so love my garden. Not just the daylilies but everything that I have planted here. I really would go crazy if I didn't have my garden.

with Fred. It may not be just daylilies but it does inspire others to grow them and some of the other things like the Lupines and Roses, moss rose Etc. It also inspires them to do wonderful things in their yards. It is a bonus for us that you love to garden. Thank you.

I was really surprised that Music of the Night has Sovereign Queen in its background. Sovereign Queen is one daylily I have had for years and never thought of hybridizing with it. What a lovely flower came from it.
