Neal.. Thanks !! I did keep all three of them... as far as plans the 1st one I did make some crosses with it because it was perfect and I got 3 of them to take so they will be something I will look forward to in 2017 Smiling I am excited about the turquoise in the falls on 2, hoping it keeps that color if so I will work with it to see if I can extend the color onto something else so it will definitely become a long term project if it looks that way in the spring.

Tom.. Double Platinum & Velvet Valentine are a must have Smiling and will be good for your pink project.

Deb. Rolling on the floor laughing nodding I too like that Blue/yellow color combination but this one only had 4 flowers so will need some work unless it surprises me in May.. Barry has some newer plants in those colors if you really like that combo one that comes to mind is (Stay Stylish) look it up in our database its very pretty.

Jan.. Smiling Thanks glad you like them

Lucy.. Thanks !! I remember taking pictures of 1 of your seedlings in Oregon in the convention beds at Mid America it was Lovely Lovey dubby just been too busy to go through the Oregon photos too sort them all out and find it but will have plenty of downtime soon and will share and yes you need to practice with the camera so your ready for spring.

Okay, looked up, and it is pretty. Like yours better, though--much prefer the coloring on the falls on it to the near-solid color on the other.

Lucy - Digital is the way to go. The results are known instantly. Vista is on my computer so I'll tell you how to xfer from your camera to the computer. Your camera should have come with a USB connection cable. Plug the USB end into a USB connector on your computer. Then plug the camera into the other end. Bring up a Windows Explorer window on your computer. Turn your camera on and your computer should see the photo memory card in your camera as a local device. You can then click on that device and you should see all your photos. It's then a matter of 'drag and drop' to a file folder on your computer.

Hope this helps.

Blessings

I like all 3 of the Jealous Guy X Double Platinum seedlings. I Love the colors on them all, the form on the second one is super, and love the stripe on the 3rd one.

The form is great on all 3 of the Double Platinum X Candy Colours seedlings. I can see why that first one would draw attention! I love it's bright colors, and how the rosy color follows through to the standards. Exceptional! I also love that last one a lot! Lovey dubby

I wonder on that one with the turquoise if you would self pollinate it if you might get more of the color to show. Might be worth a try.

I love the Jealous Guy/Double Platinum seedlings the best. I especially like #3 and #4 -- are they the same seedling?

John I noted where to find your instructions. thank you. Have to have photos first. When it is not too cold I will have to practice with using camera first. I have a cast iron rabbit outside that I can practice on.

[quote="ARUBA1334"]Another of Joe's that got me excited was (Double Platinum) it is a wonderful little pink and has a nice pedigree so I was curious what would happen when you mixed it with some of Barry's plants Big Grin this cross only had 8 plants and 3 bloomed but all 3 of them were unique I don't have anything else like them Hurray!

Really enjoyed this one ...was expecting pinks and got this Lovey dubby you can never have enough yellows in the garden they go good with everything and this one was perfect it seemed to bloom a long time it was on the smaller side and stood up well in our heavy rains this spring.

I'd grow this one in a heartbeat... Yellow and white are my "happy" colors.. The blue tip of the beard is great too.. As are the hints of lavender/pink.. just luscious!! Again, let me offer my garden as a West coast testing ground Hilarious!

I've been quietly watching this thread and am very impressed with your work Brad. Most if not all are unique. I don't look at any and think gee that looks like iris 'A' which is already on the market. I would love to have any of them in my garden,,,,,,
