So sad about the red basil Jimard. Wish you could trade it. I love basil. I would probably grow it everywhere in my yard. I keep along my driveway so that when folks walk past it, they have to brush it just so I can smell it when I greet them, lol. I'm pitiful. I know. But everyone does ask me what smells so good walking into the house....

Rolling on the floor laughing KarenHolt ,, Grandma says the same when I am cleaning them and a while ago this evening , Rolling on the floor laughing

There is a possible annual red in the purple seeds Confused

The perennial at the back of the yard has one old plant and a few that grew from self sow , it was to cool or to long a season for the older plant to do seeds . I think it is trying energy into runners instead ,, seeds will happen as it lives on and so forth Confused

That is a very interesting looking container for your seed storage. What is it, and where do you get them?

It's a larger container that has 16 smaller ones inside. I get them at Joann Fabrics in the storage section.

Yep grew out of the first one quite quickly!! Here is the other 2! As I get more flowers and herbs I'll split those 2 up. I was going to do another system but these are light and portable if I need to grab them quickly for an emergency.

That is way more organized than me! I've got ziplock baggies in the crisper drawer. The baggies are alphabetized and most can't even close anymore! I need to list more seeds!

Joanne fabric just had them on sale last week, too! I had one of these in my cart and then decided to try a picture box instead to save money and keep light out.

For Midwesterners, you can also find these at Meijer.

Crying I shouldn't have looked up land for sale. Now I need to win powerball for sure!! Nice secluded piece of heaven!! I blame it on the greenhouse thread! I don't have room for one so I googled land in Colorado.... Sighing! oh well if I did win the lottery I know what's first on my list nodding I want lots of acres so I don't have to have neighbors. I grew up in a mobile home park and nothing says space like 1438 acres! Or if I want eagle county they have 200,000 acres Rolling on the floor laughing

A few green houses to have higher zones, an orchard of all the different trees, farm animals, hired help (I don't do horses, they are beautiful but I'm scared of them), farm for produce, an herb garden.....ahhhh... To win the lottery, buy land near Denver and crest low income housing to defeat homelessness! Oh the things you could do!

I am older . I remember western Colorado decades and decades ago Prairie grasses taller than your head . You could drive for hours and see nothing but grass ,
The few houses there were , had been hidden in coves, valleys , or had berms built up to hide and protect them , Amazing it was ,,
