We had a little warmer weather last night with a all night shower. My bog bed was already super saturated, so it is even more so now. So I don't really think it was the rain that caused all the daylilies to send up scapes but I think it was the warmer night temperature. Any how, I had a bloom on Spacecoast Tiny Perfection and a long list of plants with new scapes.
Brocaded Gown, Darla Anita, Ed Brown, Gypsy Rose Lee, Hello Screamer, Lady Neva, Lime Frost, Lullaby Baby,Roses In Snow, Smoky Mountain Autumn, Soothsayer, and Whooperee all had scapes this afternoon.

I finally found one on 'Cinnamon Faces' which has been one of the earlier daylilies to bloom and one of the plants I've been watching to see. Maybe there will be some more soon Smiling .

I was too busy and the bog was so wet that I did not even check down there for new scapes today, but in one of my other beds that I have mostly duplicates planted in I did find a scape on Baja.

I found one today on 'Dizzy Damselfly'. It has been one of the earliest here. I think 'Tusk' just got out of the gate and and ahead of everything so fast that it messed with my expectations. I wonder if it will be consistent in that habit in future years. Now I have 3 named cultivars and 4 seedlings with scapes. It remains to be seen if they will also have blooms. I'm not sure some of the seedlings should even be trying.

I've not taken any pictures, but I found scapes on these this weekend:

Cabbage Flower, Crimson Pirate, Dancing Summer Bird, Edith Allen Sliger, Embers of Vesuvius, Happy Returns, Hot Secret, Nita Juanita, Pretzel Power, Seminole Wind, Stella De Oro, Swirling Spider, Triassic Teeth, Wally & Wild Horses... Hurray!

I also have scapes on a couple of NOIDS. One was a gift last year and another was scored during a plant exchange. Its almost like Christmas!

I was looking at my Happy returns, because every year it seems like it is barely going to make it. I don't know why this daylily is such a slackard here in my garden. I had it in the front, moved it to the back, then moved it again to more sun, and it still looks like it needs more sun. This is what it looks like presently, certainly no scape showing yet on this little plant.

Larry, my DW picked 'Happy Returns' out last year and it did ok at my old home. It received morning sun up until around 1:00pm. It, as with all of my CVs were potted up and have been since last October for the move to our new home. It does seem that the plant itself is smaller, but the scape's are coming. I will attempt to remember Crossing Fingers! and get a picture...

One other note, I have noticed that the majority of my CV's have increased fans in their pots and those I have removed to put in the landscape, have roots like crazy. Perhaps it was the 10-10-10 I put in the lower third of the soil mix before potting. A few stubborn ones, well are just that...

This is more like it, two beautiful days in a row. The bog is still super wet, but at least with the boards I spread around I was able to inspect the plants really good this morning. I had new scapes on the following plants:
Julie Newmar, Spanish Glow, David Kirchhoff, Wish Fulfillment, Half Moon Key (a very large scape forming), Beautiful Edgings, Jay Turman (probably my largest plant at the moment), Kissed Off, God Save The Queen (Just planted back in March), Woodside Amethyst,South Sea Enchantment, and Passion For Red.
I also had a scape on a NOID I am really looking forward to seeing bloom again. Also on a large purple NOID that was one of my favorite blooms last year.
Previously I thought I had seen a scape on Red Volunteer, but I could not find one this morning.

I went back out and took a photo of the scape on God Bless the Queen, the least expected scape I found being the plant was just planted in March.

Also took a photo of the largest new scape I have found on a plant so far, Half Moon Key.

I noticed some of the new scapes, like on Hot Wheels are very tiny and thin.

Don't you have a problem with slugs in the bog? I've seen a couple of small ones with just having a week of wet air keeping the surface of everything damp.

I just had to take a picture of the two fans on my MAJESTIC DESIGN that I got from Floyd Cove in the fall -- If you enlarge the picture you can see two scapes practically one or two leaves apart on the fan on your right! I don't think I've ever seen that before -- and the other fan has a scape emerging too! Hurray!

Yes, Floyd Cove always sends the best plants! And MAJESTIC DESIGN is one of their Fall 2015 introductions with TET ROSE F. KENNEDY as the pollen parent. And I can hardly wait to see the blooms!
