well... Thanks....
it continues... I've brought a dozen brugs down to the metal halide lights.. most lost every leaf so far... and the award for the fast turn around is Kelly Anne.. she has a few leaves... none over 1/2 " long.. but is continueing with a half dozen blooms open ...non the less.. inside... right next to the computer.. she must have been quite charged up to be behaving so...
Happy Thanksgiving form Kelly Anne and me...

The majority of the brugs are still outside.. I was toying with what it was I was going to be doing with them... maybe just cuttings and starting over small.. in the spring.. but I dug deep into my bank of available energy and cash.. and decided I'd build the foam cool room up again... .. this is aboth the latest I've started it... I've built the wood platform it will sit on.. and between three trips to various HomeDepot stores I've amassed the 25 sheets of 2 x 8 X 2" thick foam.. a new foam gun from the building supply... today the rain of a few days ago is drying out.. I'll construct it again tomorrow...
After the 4" snows and the cold rain of last week... one I've posted before... Gordon's Best Noid is still at it... with over a dozen flowers.. such cooperation is the reason I can't just let it be just another Noid...smaller and lighter flowers... now that it's so cold ... but doing just fine...

OH Goody Doris... does that mean you'd like to come and help with them Hurray! Hurray!

OK...send me your address.. and I'll make up a box of cuttings for ya'll

maybe it should be a contest...like what is the flower to leaf ratio on my Kelly Anne...ok..I'll give you the answer.. it's 3 ... that's three flowers for every leaf//

well...we made the cool room again this year... a few more upper wall pieces in.. above the door.. and I'll need a door..
i've put 4 brugs in so far.. and I've a bucket of Emerasld Frost cuttings to start with in the cutting back.. as I had to hack off some limbs it order to fit the coolroom in.. so you'll all get one of them.. I've written about it... and shown a picture earlier here...in this thread

Happy Thanksgiving Gordon! I had to enlarge the photo to figure out where the cool house went. Where did you stash your lounging area?
We were gone and came home to rain and now wind. All my brugs that were still blooming, I left out. They're laying down napping now! Supposed to be 38 tonite, wind is fierce. Front coming thru.
Have company coming for dinner and the back yard looks like someone bombed it! Thank goodness brugs are resilient little buggers.
Happy hour is about to start!

Gordon, Maybe you can lease the roof on that building. It's really a shame much of your view is changing.

well record temps today... we're out in the cool room @ 70 * F ... hardly seems needed... the year of eternal spring... Georgia peach as one... but just yellow... none of the pinkness today.. it's the first to bloom in the cool room..

Veronica... well that little bit is changed... but it only perhaps 15* of the 360* view I enjoy... I don't know if I'll be allowed to send a panarama I took today if not full... I'll e-mail it to myself and have the file reduced and send it that way... 360* panarama voof view

OH.. the above thumbnail is too big to open or view here's another ... maybe it will even show in the post
Thumb of 2011-11-28/GordonHawk/8e2d78
nope... just the blown up setion... but if you click on it youi should get the panarama... but it's too small to make it out... Sorry... but the building is only a small part of the surrounds..
OH>>> FORGET THIS ONE>> JUST GO TO THE NEXT POST
