That it is Rita, I let it go a little longer than usual, changed the bed so that makes for extra.

Yup all the bed linens always make for a washer full all by themselves. Al least in my washer they do. Well, I can fit in some towels if I have them to wash.

But that nice clean bed, fresh sheets, are so nice!

So true Karen, I just love the first night, if I were rich I would have them changed every day.

Me too! I'd hire a maid, have her change the sheets daily, and wash them in Clorox!

Another walk this morning. This time almost, but not quite, 5 km. And quite flat. There's still a lot of snow on the ground from Wednesday's dump and I wasn't really sure what the conditions would be, but the sidewalks and streets were generally bare and dry.

Well there were a couple of us yesterday who said we wouldn't have been out if not for the group.

I have wanted to start riding my bicycle out on the road, but it has been so windy I'd have needed a ton weight strapped to me to just stay straight on the road. Oh, wait, only a half ton, I"m sporting the other half. *sigh*................

So, I did my wretched cardio on the elliptical this morning. Maybe tomorrow I can go for a ride, since it is supposed to be 50 or thereabouts. I can make my 10 mile loop............maybe.

You'd easily be blown away after all that weight loss Anna!

We got 0.08 inches of rain yesterday. They are calling for a high of 62F today. It is raining now.

Wow, you sure do great!!

But not walking today. It's still pretty cold and I seem to be getting a cold as well. Can't complain as I've not had one in a couple of years and it doesn't seem to be a very bad one, but I decided not to bundle up just to walk.

Ann, if it is a cold I hope you get over it quickly.
