I took a laxative last night and it made me feel weak this morning but I still went for a walk. I would have felt guilty if I didn't.

I'm glad you went for a walk anyway, hope your feeling stronger now. Eat lots of roughage, raw veggies, fruits and berries, whole grains and you shouldn't need laxatives.

I don't usually have a problem but I think one of my antidepressants is causing my to run on the constipated side.

Kelli, I guess that can be a big problem with some meds.

Kelli - also make sure you are drinking lots of water.

2 1/2 mile walk today. Too chilly out so we didn't feel like doing more.

It's cold here too, Rita. We had a freeze last night, and I think today's high was 46°. I've had enough of this, ready for spring.

I went for a walk yesterday.

Good for you Kelli, that's a lovely iris.

Today 's walk was 4.91 km and included a steep hill between #s 1 & 2 before we got to Rothwell Dr.

I rode my stationary bicycle today.

I went to the gym, exercised for an hour.

I took an hour and a half walk with my dog.

Already went on my exercise walk and I am home now.

Doing laundry exercise today plus put away a bunch of groceries, made potato salad to go with ham for dinner, I am tired already but still have 2 loads of laundry to do.
