Yesterday I spent most of the day in the garden cleaning up the beds, boy was I tired after, got up from my desk chair and felt like 100 years old I was so stiff and achy. Hilarious! I have 2 large ones left to do so hoping to get those done today.

It is amazing how stiff and achy we can be and then after a good nights sleep be wanting to get back to work out in the garden or walking around because of feeling much better. Thumbs up

I did get a good sleep and the aches aren't so bad this morning, a Tylenol should dull it enough so I will be comfortable enough to get out there and finish the cleanup while this good weather lasts.

It's too windy to garden here today. Cincinnati's page on weather.com has 5 warnings now! two high wind (46-57 mph), high pollen, freeze warning for tonight.. enough already! But I did go to the gym and exercise for an hour.

Well, you had worked so hard the day before so I can see why you were dragging. I had no excuse. Don't know why I was so tired.

No gym for me today, but I hope the weather will warm up enough to get a little yard work done. Currently only 28°.

Kelli, that plant looks tall, how tall is it? Your pineapple looks about ready to eat, great job growing it. Thumbs up

Very cool, Kelli.

It's still pretty cool and breezy. I might wimp out on that yard work, I guess that's TBD later this afternoon. But I did walk a mile and a quarter on my treadmill in 30 minutes so either way I won't have had a totally sedentary day.

I'm not good at estimating heights, but I'd guess it is at least 12 feet tall.

We did eat the pineapple last week. It was good. It was sweet and sour at the same time.

No exercise for me today. I didn't do anything in the garden and I did not take my usual exercise walk. The short periods of times I was outside the wind was so bad that I just wanted to go back inside. Bring back spring!!

I worked most of the day in the garden, it was not too bad, slightly breezy but not too cold. Got that last flower bed cleaned up, pulled up the dead plants at the front, raked up a garbage can full of cones and dead needles from under and around the spruce tree in the back, all in all a good day even if it was at a snails pace.

We took a good walk on Saturday. Yesterday was limited to orchestra rehearsal, but today (a brisk, cold day - back to winter coats), we took a 5.4 km walk which included a good hill.
