luvsgrtdanes said:Rita, they are like scalloped potatoes only easier...sliced potatoes, salt, pepper some garlic and onion powder and parsley if you like, put in casserole dish and add milk to cover. Dot top with as much butter as you like. Bake about an hour at 350 until tender and brown on top.
We ate them when I was a kid all the time only my mom never added the garlic or onion my dad just liked plain food. I just always knew them as milk potatoes. They are very good and better leftover because they get a bit creamier.
