Iris Hart- I Completely agree with you on the issues of comparing irises in photos. Especially when one of the photos is from Blue J, who is notoriously off balance on their colors. That's one reason I like to look at photos from several sources when trying to narrow down the possibilities when identifying irises.
It has been my experience that although differences in cameras, lighting, soil, and time of day can alter the colors they do not affect the patterns of the iris (prominent veining vs blending). They also don't explain beard colors being different (lavender vs yellow).

It's just my opinion...but I think you need to look further to identify your Noid. I enjoy looking up Noids to help people, but there are so many possibilities for this one I just have not had the time to tackle it.
