The photos not opening seems especially bad today. Very frustrating.
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

Well, it started out fast this morning but now I have to take it back. Pictures are taking a long time to view in the database. Actually, it was slow to "jump to the end" of this thread.

For those of you are continuing to experience this problem chronically, please let me know and I am going to make some changes that only affect you and see if it fixes things.

AT&T U-VERSE. I've run across a few more that were slow or had to refresh to open on the Id forum, but so far none of the other issues have popped up.

You got me there! It's Wi-Fi. Is that satellite? If it makes a difference, I don't think it's a problem on my end. I can open groups of photos when on the internet, or as this morning, a link from NGA to a facebook page with no problems.

Yesterday was bad for me, too. I use Chrome and I'm on cable internet through Bright House. I couldn't get a few pictures to open up from the thumbnails no matter what I did. And the "jump to new post" is taking several seconds. Also, even the pages were slow to load. Like the front page would only load up to where it would list say, the first four acorn tips handed out and then pause. A few seconds later, the rest of the page would load. It was very strange.

I have AT&T U-Verse as well. It's not satellite. It comes through our phone line. Does that make sense?
