I just checked out a physics forum on this type of thing; it's too involved for simple old me. Whistling

Here's the barn as it stands today:

Thumb of 2012-01-27/dave/e26f6d

You'll note the top roof part is done and the rest of the roofs are prepared and ready to receive the metal.

All the metal (roof, trim and walls) are all present on this trailer. It's hard to believe that the entire barn's metal fits in such a small place:
Thumb of 2012-01-27/dave/bcb1b7

Standing in the kitchen looking north. You can see the walls that separate the three rooms. Also, note that the light fixtures are wired up and hung:

Another view of the kitchen, this view looking south:
Thumb of 2012-01-27/dave/32e928

We built this ladder to go up to the loft. I wanted something that wasn't straight up and down and I am very pleased with what we made:

Electric panel with all wires:

Up in the loft, looking at the ladder below. Watch your step!
Thumb of 2012-01-27/dave/5a5f48

We framed out the loft walls and those will be covered in OSB plywood. No chance of falling through.
Thumb of 2012-01-27/dave/63ea3f

Light fixtures under the loft: These are 8 foot florescents.

A view of the north side of the barn:

Another view:

Last view of the barn, this one is taken from my back porch. The hose on the ground is the future pathway and the dirt lines are swales that I've dug for future raised bed gardens that will grace this hill side.

Really a beautiful barn. I'm still wondering how all of us ATPers are going to fit in there. Confused

Sweet!

The walk along the pathway will be very nice too, I'll bet. All lined with wildflowers and fruit trees and maybe even some nut trees? Sheesh, I'm excited for you!
