Prayers for both families. I just checked out GoFundMe to send aid to Puerto Rico and there is a way to contribute to an isolated orphanage which sustained heavy damage and is struggling. My donation will help children who have been removed from unhealthy homes. katie

DHs daughter and a couple grandkids do mission trips to an orphanage in Sierra Leone Africa. Between the Ebola epidemic and the mud slides and floods this summer they have added several more children to the orphanage and some parents just can't afford to keep their children and leave them there. We've been supporting them for several years and now she is trying to adopt an older child It's so sad what they go through
