I may have to divide it to defray the cost. Does anyone have any 2 inch pots? Sticking tongue out

Big Grin You are so spoiled by Apopka Jim! You should see what I've been paying lately! The shipping is the price you paid in total for the SBOE order!! But I too can never find those plants anywhere else!

Kathy, I know what you mean about the SBOE shipping charges. Did any arrive in rocks??

I looked them over very closely, with my readers, and couldn't find any bad items.
They are quite large, and I hope I'm not putting the 'cart before the horse'...I have been
promised a greenhouse, so I've been shopping like a fool, so it won't be empty..but the greenhouse
still hasn't been ordered and now I'm getting nervous! These are huge Samoans compared to all
the other pots!

I am keeping my fingers crossed that they don't all bud blast because of the change from CA to MA.

Kathy, those look great! I noticed at the show that they have most of them in rocks now. I'm kind of surprised they would ship them that way, due to the weight. That does look like a spike forming. I don't think they will mind the change from Ca. to Ma...SBOE is within spitten distance of the beach...they rarely get excessive temps or full sun.

Lindsey, congrats on your greenhouse! Wish I had a place for one. Thumbs up

About picking up that occasional Phal in a supermarket, Big Box stores, "buyer beware" what you are bringing home to your collection.
Here is a just started thread, perhaps interesting enough to follow....

Very interesting Ursula. So far, the ones I have found here are from Gubler or Rocket Farms, both Ca. hybridizers. It's certainly something I'll pay attention to in the future though. Sad

From Orchid Web, I just bought Phrag. Memoria Estelle Getty http://www.orchidweb.com/detai...
and Vanda parviflora http://www.orchidweb.com/detai... since I am doing so well with these alliances.
