Almost, if not, 10 years...

WOW.....I guess I never realized just how slow they grow....I dont know if I will ever get anything that is prickly and so slow growing....Im a very impatient person

I find that I can tolerate slower growing plants if I have a bunch of faster ones to keep my occupied

Jackie I never really thought of this, but I think the fact that semps change so often (sometimes every day there is something I notice that has changed!)
is part of why I like them!

It takes the pressure off the slow growing plant.

Hmmm. Chris are you spying on me????? How did you know that my hubby just had me look outside and had picked me up two logs he found one his way home from work.... they are still pretty wet but pics soon to come.

It's lovely Bev, I love cacti, but I do wish they'd grow a bit quicker! I did once have one that was just labelled 'Azure' it was a beautiful blue colour- clue's in the name, but it grew so fast! I was gutted when I moved to to put the Christmas tree up one year (no mean feat given its size) and when \I went to put it back a month later it had started to rot

Its going to be awhile before I plant anything in them. Im going to move first I think so I wont have to transport them.
