It could be. We never did get a positive confirmation. There are several that look very similar.

I don't post on the iris forum often, mostly because I lost so many iris to gophers over the years, it just makes me so sad. I appreciate each and every bloom I do get now.
First ones started a couple of weeks ago
Safari Sunset, a gift from Bonnie, sad she no longer posts here.

And my 2 favorites:
Pretty Plum Whiskers

And the two below, no idea what they are, certainly something I would have ordered but doesn't match anything from my current list nor my gopher casually list (I had to make that category in case something miraculously survived)

I suspect this "NOID may be Hilow or Barbary Coast, both of which have a more pronounced blue blaze than does Safari Sunset, though it, too, has a small one.

See these, which you have posted photos of in the past:

Names from previous post: Piccadilly Circus, Millennium Falcon, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Luminate, Infrared, Immortality, Kinkajou Shrew, Bold Splash?, Dusky Challenger, Company Of One, and Swingtown.
The one I think is Bold Splash is from looking up the picture on Sutton's website. I was supposed to get the IB Break It Up, but received this instead. I already emailed them.(again!)
Sorry about the broken fence and the weeds! There seems to be a wind tunnel through that area now. The TBs really don't have that bad of a form. It is the wind that constantly blows through that garden.

Thanks @DaisyDo, it does seem to look closer to Hilow but I've never ordered that one, the name doesn't even sound familiar, even though I added photos. Also Hilow seems to have fat gold beards, mine are small and paler.
If you click on both Hilow and Barbary Coast photos I added, you see that each caption attributes it to a different vendor. I have added thousands of vendor images with their permission.
Safari Sunset is a pale copper, not red like this one.
This unknown iris also seems to be on the smaller side of an average TB.

Thanks Monty.
I wish I had a solution to these pocket gophers too, when I moved here in 2011, I had no idea it was this bad. The first 2 years my iris clumps grew big and it was wonderful. Then one day I heard crunching sounds, found a gopher actively chewing on a rhizome and the plant leaves slowing sinking underground. It was all downhill from there. Every spring when they are most active I set traps, I catch 8-10 on a good year but it never makes a difference. They have extensive tunnel systems and when one dies (they live average 3 years) another eventually takes it's place. I did catch one last week that had been making big mounds all over the place, biggest one I have ever caught. One down.

I am going to try to transplant my SDB's to different areas. These are mainly the ones in the present SDB Bed. I will put TB Iris in this bed in the future hopefully.

I sincerely sympathize with your gopher problems, Sue! That's why most of my irises are in pots.

More irises are blooming today, but I only took pics of a few. Not pictured include MUSICALITY (bad angle), BLACK LIPSTICK, and BYE BYE BLUES. (I am pleased to report that I think I now have that and BUSY BEING BLUE separated out. Crossing Fingers! )

First up, 2nd day of the maiden bloom on PRETTY EYES (I'm not too sure about that beard color...):

This is OCEAN LINER....Bad angle on that pot too; this was the lowest bloom and I'm not sure the color is quite right:

The NOID iris I got from a local vendor opened up yesterday, but today was the first day I snapped pics.

I saw Bye Bye Blues at our show last Sunday. It is quite a dramatic iris. Irresistible Charm is really lovely - mine seems to be sulking this year. Sad
