I have 2 clematis, Fleuri, and 1 of my Liberation to don't seem to be returning. I'm going to give them both the ES in water, and see if they return.

My clematis Red Star was transplanted from my back hill to the mail box last year. This is it's first bloom, but there's something interesting going on with the leaves.

Very interesting, Annette, and it's something I haven't ever seen. I hope someone who knows what it is, what it means and how to proceed will step up and enlighten all of us.

I found some pictures on the web, that had a similar look to the leaves, very interesting.

Andromeda

I didn't get my Andromeda from mamajack (not her doing), so I swapped the credit for a Phenomenal Lavender and a Southern Belle Echinacea. But I did get the Omoshiro. Had outstanding roots and already has a couple inches of foliage growth after just a few days in the pot.

Poor Omoshiro. What seems to be the problem? Have you mulched it very, very well?

It was in a big container with 2 others but didn't do well there so I put in a smaller pot to keep a better watch over it. It has been unusually rainy this last month and almost all of my clems are doing great.

earlier in the thread I posted a pic of our "Pink Champagne" taken last year, because it wasn't fully bloomed this year yet. 12 days later and now its bloomed!

Anna - I hope it perks up for you. It's a beauty and I'd hate for you to miss out on it. Two of mine (up here in zone 7a) get partial shade. One is in total sun but your sun is much stronger than ours.
