Does Steve Todd have a website (what is it) or does he sell on the lily auction what is his name there?

To my knowledge he does not have a website. When I asked him in the fall I was told he predominantly sells through the auction.

Thanks I thought he just sold seeds in the past, when I saw the name I remembered seeing seeds under that name.

Paul Sain's Prize arrived this morning with a gift of Exotic Treasure. Does anyone grow ET and if so how does it perform for you? There is a comment on the database from someone who says the blooms didn't open fully in the first year and no follow up. I can't spare space in the garden for something that's not going to perform. I am getting rid of Edge of Darkness for this reason, never had a decent bloom on it!

My first daylily order arrived yesterday didn't get it unpacked until this morning. They were beautiful healthy plants like always from Judy Davisson, she is currently my favorite hybridizer. I bought some of her intros from her website and also some of those by other hybridizers that she sold on the lily auction. Could not take a picture my camera battery needs charging.

That was last year, so I haven't seen it bloom again. I hope it does open better this year,.

Just in case there are other members from Europe/UK I just received a shipment from Alain Werion (Daylily Forever) based in Belgium. I bought Freaky Good, Annabrooke Heatherly, Voila Francois, Don't Touch That and Wispy Rays. The plants I got were so fantastically well-rooted I was delighted (even though it took 6 days to get here - a 24 hour soak revived them) and I also received a fan of Heavenly Angel Ice and Nicole's Melts My Heart. This is a very friendly and helpful seller who ships lovely strong plants!

Hilary, I will try and remember to add an update to the data base after it blooms this year.

I received today from Hemlady (Cindy), Lexington Avenue, Big Smile, and Two Part Harmony. All looked great, and she included multiple extra fans of all three. Thank you, Cindy.

Monday, I received from Zjones on the LA, Cerise Masterpiece, Fountain of Life, Fashion Police, and as a bonus, Total Ecstasy. Plants looked great and included extra fans of all three along with the bonus plant.

Gale, I have a scape forming on Exotic Treasure! Considering it is a single fan I'm impressed! I will let you know how it looks, maybe post a pic.

Today I got my parcel from my friend Jennie Sivyer with whom I swap plants. She sent me Tickle My Fancy, English Skies, Rose F Kennedy and (as a birthday gift!) Jennie Sivyer (Selman 2014). I am now in daylily heaven Hurray!

Hilary, It does seem to be a very vigorous Daylily. Mine is now a large clump after planting 3 fans in 2013, and has lots of scapes currently shooting up. I really likes the bloom color, and am hopefull to see flat blooms this year. I am also curious to see if it has instant rebloom again. I Look forward to any pictures you post.

I had a wonderful surprise last week. My friend Jennie Sivyer with whom I have been swapping plants for a few years sent me a parcel of daylilies. I got English Skies, Tickle My Fancy & Rose F Kennedy which I was expecting and was already very excited about but she also send me a fan with 2 side shoots of her namesake "Jennie Sivyer" one of Bob Selman's 2014 intros! I am definitely in daylily heaven! Hurray!

Hello everyone,

Last year I posted in a different thread about being away from Daylily's only to have my interest and hunger for these beauties re-sparked. My love was rekindled by visiting this site and the LA. I added 27 last year along with some of the originals that I had before that mom graciously returned to me. My misses was not happy, but tolerable about it. She's not a flower person you see and I mention this to you all because I have a wonderful update to share. It seems that she is catching the bug! Hurray!
She has mentioned on several occasions the ones she likes when walking around the yard.

So, I haven't purchased any online but last week while spending some time with Family in NE GA, we picked up my mom and visited a favorite garden of ours and purchased 4 each, received 2 gifts with the purchase and 4 additional from mother. They are listed below,

Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Cabbage Flower')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Cluster Muster')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Donna Mead')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Happy Returns')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Hot Secret')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Jolyene Nichole')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Little Fat Dazzler')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Night Wings')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Patchwork Puzzle')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Siloam Doodlebug')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Southwestern Treasure')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Swirling Spider')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Wally')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Wild Horses')

Have a great day, I tip my hat to you.

Larry, and Stan, I am in the same boat. My DH just tolerates my plant crazy ways. He does know where his 2 daylilies are Hurricane Bob and Wyatt Earp. I am working on him. He is good at helping with the heavy jobs thankfully.
