Ditto to all Rita said. Put down more mulch after picking up more twigs. Peonies showing eyes, columbine has those adorable first leaves, daff's up along with crocuses and the hosta are slowly breaking ground.

Iris reticulata 'Katharine Hodgkin' flowered today. it is up on a small hill where snow has melted. Plenty of snow to look at in the backyard & old pony paddock.

Great!

Our hellebores have buds but, being in the shade, it will be awhile before I see blooms.

Backyard raised daylily bed. You know its spring when the crocus at the base blooms.

Finally, Finally, Finally!!! Just today, see a few green tips poking out of the ground. One is my Siberian iris. Nothing yet where my Lily of the Valley mixed with little blue flowers whose name I momentarily forget. But I guess if you consider that a week ago, you couldn't see the ground....
