Pat - Do you know what the parentage of the second one is? I really like it!

I do too!

Fred, I really love that pink WARRIOR'S QUEST seedling -- sure hope it does well for you, as I'd love to buy one in the future!

And Becky, I also love your ZZZ43 seedling -- really stands out!

Fred - The Warrior's Quest seedling caught my eye. I'd love to see subsequent blooms from that one.

Not sure. Some tags were ruined last year.
I think there is an armadillo out there.
Will check my other files.

The Warrior's Quest sdlg caught my eye, too. Along with Pat's eyed one and Becky's zzz43, the light ruffled edge looks good on the narrow form. Really pretty seedlings in this thread!

Thanks to all for the thumbs up!

Pat - I can relate to lost tags. Happens to me more than not. I have resorted to mapping my garden beds now to try to keep track of all the seedlings. I have a lot of them and half are unknown parentage because of lost tags. I have also been using clear plastic disposable knives & fabric puff paint and writing a unique plant code on each knife that I stick in the ground next to each seedling. It has been working better than anything else I have used in the past. I just can't afford a label print machine and those beautiful metal plant markers that many people use.

They are both pretty, Fred, but I like the pink spider the best.

Fred - I agree #4! I love that pink spider! Lovey dubby What a lovely bloom! All 3 are beautiful! I am starting to appreciate spiders more and more since growing some seedlings of a few. You have a winner with "Suburban Coach Burnhan x Lillian's Vapor Trail". What is the stats on it? That one is a keeper!

2 more new seedlings today.

The 3rd seedling of Dragonfly Dawn x Dragonfly Dawn bloomed. (There is just one seedling left that has yet to bloom of this cross. Four siblings total.) This is another stunner from DD! This is why I love this parent daylily. It seems to consistently produce such nice blooms on the children! Stats are 22" scape, 7" bloom, and 7 buds. Some rust.

Dragonfly Dawn x Dragonfly Dawn Seedling #3 (ZZZ66) morning:

One of the siblings (ZZZ67) right next to it, bloomed again today:

And the other newest seedling bloom is a sibling of the Galaxy Explosion x Lily Munster cross (ZZZ37). Fortunately, this one has a stronger scape and held it up, but the scape is short. Stats are scape is 15 1/2" tall, bloom is 6 1/2", and there are 6 buds total. No rust.

Morning bloom of Galaxy Explosion x Lily Munster:

It holds it's bloom colors well. Afternoon photo:

"Stippled Statement x unknown" (CCC11) had two blooms today. This is one of my favorite seedlings from last year. This is it's second year to bloom. I think there are now 3 or maybe 4 fans of this one currently. It is just loaded with buds! Scape is 15", bloom is 6", and I counted 24 buds on one of 3 scapes. I also see more scapes coming up right behind the first bunch.

Thumb of 2015-04-21/beckygardener/3bc71e

In this photo you can see this seedling and several fans plus all the scapes and buds! Awesome seedling!

Its entire everything is like a tet. edge...substance..its great. But you have to come back to the flower. It was from some bonus seeds, so I only know the fancy face part of the parentage.

I happened on to this one this morning, its just a little plant in an earthbox..only about 8 months old. Dont know what it is right now. Dont like it anyway. Looks more pink in the picture...same old munge I keep getting.
