Just uncovered the semps today cause its nice and dry and the suns out! Seeing alot of colour change now and they look much better than I anticipated!
Seeing alot of growth in the arach chicks, they are almost as big as the mother hens although the pic doesn't show it well

To answer the question on what software Zaubergarten used to create her beautiful collages. It is Photoscape. I just downloaded it and will play with it. It is a free software with a high rating in the reviews.

Not semps I know but we don't get blessed with alot of sunshine here so its nice to get a picture so I don't forget what it looks like
Also it lets me know when windows need cleaned.. :)

Hmmmm... a few minutes with Photoscape's "Page" feature gets me something like the result below. The "Page" function lets you select a template of cells on a page, then resize the cells and drop pictures into them. The result can be saved and text added with the "Editor" function. Pretty decent tool... and the price is right!

It's reasonably simple once you figure out how the software deals with things. Since we're copying Zaubergarten's format, we might as well go all the way. Can we get the exact cell dimensions, font names, margin widths, and corner roundness? Information only she would have. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.

Yeah... it's not too bad... for computer nerds like us. I think for standardization purposes we should get at least the cell sizes and fonts agreed upon. Unless that's getting just a bit too nerdy.

There's a default cell size which is square, 406x406 when I ran it. I changed the width to 700 for the image I produced above. Notice Lynn's image has square cells, like the template's default. We can make it anything we want I just had thought to use whatever Zaub was using.
