I was grumpy today most of the day and finally figured out it was because I was really hungry!! Yup, feel much better after eating dinner.

I've been known to snap at people and feel weak. I know I need to have something to eat, and then I inhale food. As soon as I eat, the weakness goes away, and I'm fine. I become human again Feel like that commercial I see - can't remember the chocolate bar it's advertising, but that's kind of what it's like.

Been out of the loop here at DD in freezing PA!
So...one of you may be naked because hubby left the clothes home
The chest rattling cough is better
The cows are getting settled albeit at the expense of the sweet treats in the oven
Multiple Knees are at risk but info is on the way to mediate the disaster.
I am not grumpy....DD in surgery as I type this and kids on the school bus with no morning mishaps ( tears, snot and refusals ) and I am about to put the house to rights after sis's visit with hubby and THREE DOGS... two that shed great big tumbleweeds ...
one little male who thinks every sofa and table leg is a little female ..
one is blind and insulin dependent..
and one is half blind with a frickin bleeding disorder...
Two have eating disorders
Brother in law is semi demented and sis can't walk...I have watched her knee cause her leg to go from nice and straight to a 45 degree angle. ..she won't do ANYTHING about it but complain
...the weekend was a comedy of errors and kept DD too busy to worry about the surgery. It was CHAOS. << Spellcheck says that is OK...BUT IT DOESN'T
LOOK so hot.
The hubby's 'don't overdo.." conversation...
Well you can " hruumph " at me ..(please don't ) BUT my thinking is " if you want help...ASK for it". Don't leave it up to hubby to figure it out and offer..
If you don't ask outright, and when he does not respond as he should ..don't feel hurt or mad or neglected. TELL him what you want or need for him to do and then if there is no response to your request.. hit him over the head wth a banana! 😊
It may be that he knows only you can do it exactly as you want it to be done ( meaning the right way! )
Legalily said:Rita I'm like you - I like to keep the weight within a certain range so it doesn't get out of hand, however, sometimes I find myself working my way back from further over than I intended!!! I'm one of those that likes to eat healthy and HATE to diet, just eat less of my normal foods. The time I have problems is when I go to the kids or out to eat and I overdo on my trigger foods - foods I keep OUT of the house on purpose!!! Keep up the walking! I'm shooting for 10 lbs so hopefully it will come off soon. It's when the yard work stops and I am sitting for longer hours at work that the train wreck begins
