This is such a wonderful time of the year for the tall sedum. They bring so much color to the garden.

Here's the whole row of sedums and semps. They are on a little garden in the very back of the yard, where things get ignored most of the time.

That makes a wonderful display Tabby. It is such a wonderful way to see the difference between the different varieties when they are grown in the same area.

That is a pretty way to display them!

Neon is well named. Mine is blooming now, so I probably should take some more pictures.

Thank you all. Does anyone have a preferred vendor to get my sedums from? and should I wait to order, or can I order and plant them now?

Debbie it's not to late to plant them. When do you get your first freeze? I can plant things into Oct and have them do great. Just put extra mulch around them.
Have you checked your local nurseries to see what they might have Debbie?

After many tries at the local nurseries, without success, I'm afraid I'll have order. Which is ok, as long as the vendor is good.

Debbie I looked at what is offered at the online nurseries I know and just don't find a selection of the tall sedum right now. : (

Anyone else have a reputable online source for the tall upright sedum?

Debbie I found a nursery. They are well know here in the PNW and a great place to get plants. They have a nice selection of all types of sedum still available.

I felt so bad that I couldn't come up with a nursery immediately. Seems most are out of the tall sedum this time of year.
Not sure which ones mamajack has, but the selection at Joycreek is amazing for all type of sedum.

And they have semp's too.
