Well, Gene, Menton is near the Italian border. It's a lovely area, with the Mediterranean in front of us and mountains (the Alpes-Maritimes) behind us. So we get to take lots of wonderful walks and eat lots of delicious food. And the garden is frost-free, so we can grow stuff that wouldn't survive in England. Yet Nice (our nearest airport) is less than two hours' flight from London. So a great place to escape to...

I'm with Gene Mika, I couldn't even imagine how incredible your life is. I'm a 'foody' as both my parents were Executive Chefs. Wonderful walks, eating lots of delicious food and a frost-free garden sounds like heaven.
