Roundup it every day.
Or clip it off repeatedly until it gives up.
It eventually will.

I am going to plan number three. Take full strength Roundup and a paint brush. I'll show him who's boss!!

Yes I will, the good thing about the paint brush method is that you can get a whole lot on the one plant without getting any on surrounding plants or even the grass.

Glad you remined me of the paintbrush method....I have some ditch lilies that found their way into my garden,right in the middle of a huge patch of Dianthus....Grrr...
