Ivy is a fairly easy houseplant. It prefers moderate to bright light but will tolerate less, should be kept moderately moist (do not allow it to go bone dry, do not keep it sopping wet all the time), and fertilize it occasionally with a water soluble fertilizer for foliage houseplants. In general average household temperatures are fine and although it likes plenty of humidity it will tolerate average levels if it is watered sufficiently.

If leaves are wilting, I would check to be sure it has been watered enough and then look for any signs of an insect problem such as tiny mites or fine webbing under the leaves. If you find these, use an insecticidal soap according to the label instructions.
