I am looking to purchase seeds to grow the small ears of corn which are found in pickel and orental dishes.

You're right in that baby corn is just corn (sweet or others), harvested early. There are varieties that are better at producing multiple ears, and so more baby corns per stalk. The following nursery carries some, Nichols Garden Nursery 1190 No. Pacific Highway Albany, OR 97321 541-928-9280,
