My seagrape leaves got burned by the cold and have turned brown. The stems are fine. What do I do now.

Wait a few weeks for the weather to clear and the threat of more frost is gone. When temperatures warm up you should see new growth from the crown of the plants and possibly from the stems. At that time you can safely prune away all the winter damage. Good luck with your seagrape plants.
