how can i keep my oakleaf hydrangea flowers white. they were white nad are now turning pink.

The blooms of most Oakleaf hydrangeas gradually take on a pink tint as they age. It is a natural change and there's really nothing you can do to stop it. As the flowers age and turn pink, you can clip them off the plant if you dislike the color change. Sorry!
