This looks like purple loosestrife, which is a nonnative plant, considered invasive in many states. To control spreading, cut off wilted blooms and stems as soon as possible after flowering. Cover flower and stems with a plastic bag and tie off to prevent seeds from falling on the ground.
Perhaps Salvia, with those tubular two lipped flowers. Lythrum would have 6 petal like a star, alhough they looks similar but they are very different in details.
Lythrum would also have narrow leaves
My plant looks very similar to Rose Marvel. The leaves look very similar to those of other Salvia. Unless there are other Salvia with rose-colored flowers, I think you have identified it. Thanks very much!

If I am not mistaken, Salvias are in the mint family. Those leaves on the unknown look 'minty'. Mints also have square stems. The stems of the unknown look like that they are square. Salvia!

Loosestrife leaves are much more slender, longer, lanceolate. These guys are short, broad and 'toothed' along the edge. Color is just as vibrant though.
