It may be a little early to identify properly: perhaps a photo of fully emerged cotyledons would be helpful and even better a picture including true leaves.

I get a generic "bean" vibe...

Another seedling emerged - still stumped. I don't think it's a bean though. First seedling has 'leaves'โ€ฆ.,

your Cotyledon leaves look familiar...
Like sweet autumn clematis or matelea...

Both are carried by the wind...

What kind of plants are you seeing in yard or neighborhood with the little parachutes?

Could be... just googled it...

It's in a lanai so unlikely to be wind blown, but I do recycle potting soil, so maybe. Have to be patient and see what the true leaves look like.

Had to search Lanai...
An island in Hawaii.

It has a roofed entrance but more than one of the "walls" are open to the elements.

Sounds like the kitchen at one of my previous houses...

If it isn't screened, seeds could easily blow in...

Mine is screened - too many mosquitoes in Florida. Although I manage to get lots of bugs, frogs and lizards in thereโ€ฆ. Maybe they were the seed dispersal mechanismโ€ฆ.. my screened lanai, in the middle of the last hurricane that came through this summer. Had to move all the plants inside the house.

LOVE! Every day I wish I had any screened area outside. I went out for 7 minutes earlier and got 3 mosquito bites on my hands and 2 on my forehead.

Yes, I know what you mean. I get attacked by the mosquitos when I take my dog for her night walkโ€ฆ

For mosquitos, try growing lemongrass by the door, on deck. I have several and they not only keep mosquitos away, but my 3 rescue cats have not had any fleas or ticks for over 6 years.
