I got some brug seeds for a red & yellow flower. I haven't planted them yet, but was wondering if anyone had ideas on germination time, etc. If the germinate in a week, I'll probably wait until January. But if they germinate in a month, maybe I'll start them now?

Rick, This was my first year finding seeds on my brug and decided to give it a try with germination. I sowed the seed in ground in early May and saw no signs of germination until mid June.
Here is what they look like today, only a few inches tall.

It is a lot of work to provide light and humidity for brugs over the winter months. If I were you, I would wait till next spring when seedlings can stay outside.

Brugs are such rewarding plants! I am looking forward to seeing flowers on your new plants! It is interesting to grow hybrid plants from seeds. You never know what you will get. nodding

Being related to Datura, I would not be surprised if they took weeks to germinate, as do Datura.
Plant it and they will come.
