I agree Leonotis.
But looking at the flower color, I believe yours may be the 'Shrimp Cocktail' variety as the regular kind are orange.

If you harvest fresh young leaves and dry them, they can make a nice tea. Some people also smoke the dried leaves and/or dried flowers to achieve a calm feeling. I don't smoke; I grow this because it attracts hummingbirds like crazy. Thumbs up

The dry seed pods are sharp and can hurt delicate fingers. To harvest seeds, well, I figured a way to do it without getting stabbed:
