What is the name of the plant in the attached photo?
Location - Oregon Zip Code 97415 Zone 9
Evergreen with orange blooms multiple times during the year. Deer don't touch it!

I've never seen one with the dark leaf coloration but it reminds me somewhat of Cape Honeysuckle (Tecomaria capensis)

I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt. Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot!

Thank you for responding and providing the link for Cape Honeysuckle which I am sure is correct. The newer leaf growth is darker in color but later turns green.
