Welcome!

I've not seen an amaryllis with red splotches but, as you bought them from China, you don't have any recourse from the seller. Plant them and cross your fingers.

China?
Interesting. Thinking
I believe that bulbs like Amaryllis, tulips, Daffodils are graded for size and quality. What exactly did you order? Or did you shop by price alone?

It is up to you to provide good culture and have them grow to their capabilities.

It is hard to see the color on the bulbs but amaryllis can also get red marks from injury from cutting or cold. See how it grows. My plants will get red when I cut the leaves or leave it outside too long in the fall but they grow back normal. At least up to now they have.

Some of the bulbs that I received this season have red blotches and the blotches gets bigger as the plant grows if not treated. It can also effect the leaves . The bulbs have all continued to flower just fine. It's a fungus. They have been attacked by a fungus disease called "red blotch" or "leaf blotches.
I clean the layers off and clean the surface using steril gauze and alcohol , then let dry . Plant in sterile soil and keep leaves dry. Before planting adding cinnamon can help to control the fungus.

I have cut the red portion out with a razor blade cleaned with alcohol, then put cinnamon on the area, left it for a few days than planted the bulb, no problems after that.

I love amazon too but the bulbs did not come from amazon. They were from China via amazon.

I ordered a Red Salvia seed packet from amazon last March.
Thumb of 2021-01-14/BigBill/537899

It was from China judging from the packaging. But I thought oh what the heck, they had to come all the way from China? Couldn't find any closer?!
But you know, they were pretty! Salvia is Salvia no matter where it comes from. But you know the 'Hummers' just loved those flowers!!!
I guess China grows better Salvia then Amaryllis! Rolling on the floor laughing

I don't see any fungus on those bulbs. None. I see red pigment under the skin just like a few of my amaryllis bulbs.

Ordering from Amazon is no longer a guarantee of quality products.

It looks like a rotten spot in photo #8. I have never tried doing surgery on a bulb like an Amaryllis but can tell you if you cut them up, there will be no chance of sending them back. Start a return with Amazon (product arrived damaged) and ask for a refund. As the bulbs came from China, chances are they will refund the money and then say keep them. THEN you can cut them up.

PS: The upper left corner of the box says Chinese Postal Service.
