2 months ago I bought a beautiful, vibrant red Vriesea Seplenreit however over the course of a couple months it bloomed, and the flowers went away and now the leaves are turning green.

Is there a way to bring back the vibrant red color?

No. That is its flower that was red. The flower is now slowly fading and dying, as all flowers do. Bromeliad flowers are among the longest lasting of flowers, but each plant flowers just once before slowly dying. But before dying they produce baby plants or offsets, called pups, that will carry on and potentially can flower themselves in a few years.
