Thread OP
Florida
standing garden bed with construction fabric on the bottom for drainage. It is in quite a shady spot so im not sure if its getting enough sun/ drying out enough. Plants have started to wilt (onion, beets, chives) but the potatoes are doing fine. Any advice??

I don't know about chives and I don't know where you are in Florida, but in Central Florida onions (for bulbs) should be planted in October. Beets should be planted in Sept.- February. Apparently they start best in cooler temperatures.

You might search for

"Florida Vegetable Gardening Guide" by the University of Florida. It is an excellent resource!

I like your garden, looks good. Your soil looks really good!!!! I like to keep my soil cultivated and aerated and it will dry out. I put a few inches of hay in my garden to catch rain water and after the rain goes then I remove the wet hay. Looking good!
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
