Ken, it does poly often. Today I had the first two blooms of the season and both were polys. It is more peachy at times, but this morning the blooms were pink. We have had several cool nights, so maybe that was why.

I agree I agree

Jean has produced two ploys in as many days. The first I've seen it produce. Maybe it's got a little extra energy after skipping the early bloom and showing up in its rebloom period.

This one (seedling) made me stop early in the morning - but I had to go out and came back in the afternoon, all the cool dark color was gone (90°F), but the 'flower' still looked 'different'.
Tried to make a picture - but you need to see three to understand the strange look:
