My neighbor bought a "Fruit Salad tree" a couple of years ago. It is a hybrid of peach, apricot, and a couple of other fruits. It has done well for two years, but now the leaves are doing something really weird and she does not know what the cause is or what to do about it. The leaves are developing patches that are bubbled and curling and it spreads to overtake the entire leaf. I have attached some pictures with examples. What is going on?

Looks like galls caused by insects. If you cut into the deformity you may see little larvae. I don't think it will damage the tree or fruit.
