If you are ever in New York City in the early spring be sure to stop by the New York Botanical Gardens for their annual Orchid Show. Held every year in March-April, it is an amazing exhibit that certainly got rid of my winter doldrums. I went this past April with a friend and we saw some amazing orchids. I'm not an orchid expert (I just think they are gorgeous) so some of the orchids might be mislabeled (sorry!)
