Hello I am new to gardening I live in northern Virginia, so I have plant this plant I think its pumpkin and also watermelon (I don't which one it is because i didn't label it) and it started turning white on the top and the leafs became stiff and it started to die, and it spread to plants around it I think. Or the soil might be low in potassium, I am kind of lost here but here is some images

Hello middlekidown,

The suobdivided leaves are watermelon and the "one piece" leaves are pumpkin. It looks like the pumpkin leaves have mildew. That could be spreading to the watermelon, but watermelon is not as susceptible. It's up to you whether you want to fight the mildew or not.
