Bud stems but no flowers in the Hoyas forum

My plant has had multiple bud stems {peduncles?) for about 2 weeks and what look like little white nibs on the ends but still no flowers. Thoughts?

It can take several weeks, even months for flowers to form/open. The little white nibs are the buds developing.

God gave us wings. He just called them horses
