Hello, I live in Nebraska and just purchased my first house. I will be having my front yard graded and will be putting in a flower bed / landscaped area.
I am wanting to do dirt, moss, mushrooms, decaying logaand other forest type plants. I am looking for recommendations on mosses and mushrooms that will be good for my region, and somewhat dummy proof! Or links to previous posts, etc.

I've heard of most of these, if not all and I know a few people who eat these and love them. I would look at the mushroom varieties listed and see which ones you want to start with then do some googling and see what type of trees they like best.
