Weather permitting I will be attending an Open House and Native Plant Sale at Chesapeake Natives this Sat. I've been looking for a Button Bush and Purple Milkweed and they have both! They also have an extensive list of plants/trees/shrubs and vines native to the Chesapeake region. They propagate their own plants and call them LEN plants, meaning Local Ecotype Natives.all with a Chesapeake watershed provenance They go to a number of regional plant sales so look for them when you are out and about
