Great ideas. Gee, I never thought about boiling bones for broth ? Does it make good broth? I just usually discard my bones. Wonder if fried chicken bones would work too? Sometimes I pull the meat from left over pieces of fried chicken that was not eaten and make chicken salad. I have always baked my chicken for chicken salad instead of boiling, makes a much nicer texter of meat for chicken salad.
