If you're anywhere near Green Bay you should check out Scenic View Landscaping, peonyplan. Purchased several tree peonies and Itohs from them last spring, great prices and they're doing wonderfully. The tps I got were between $49-$79 and were in 3 gallon pots with nice roots.
