Philipwonel,
Here's my standard green #Smoothie recipe:

A good handful of Kale (spinach in this case)
1/2 a large or 1 small banana
A handful of blueberries
Small container blueberry yogurt (6 oz.)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup carrot juice
A drizzle of honey/Agave nectar

NOTES: This is my basic recipe, but, I mix and match according to what I have available. Sometimes strawberry-banana yogurt and a handful of strawberrieS with 2% milk instead of carrot juice.

Sometimes mango chunks and NO sweetener.

Sometimes blanched & peeled pumpkin chunks, or blanched & peeled butternut squash chunks

Sometimes cucumber slices (VERY bright and refreshing)

Work it to your taste buds and keep the added sweetener as low as you can tolerate it.

Carrot is my juice of choice, and I almost always do at least 1/2 a banana and the blueberries...
And, KALE is my usual greenery)
